Dear Chris Weston & Senior Management,
I am writing to you regarding a serious complaint lodged against Thames Water, specifically concerning issues of harassment, disability discrimination, and defamation of character. Additionally, Thames Water has refused to offer a repayment scheme for what we believe to be fabricated water overbilling payments. Our service has been consistently poor, and communication has been inadequate.

I have attached a formal Pre-Action Protocol Letter outlining our grievances and seeking financial compensation for the distress and financial impact caused. We hope to resolve this matter amicably; however, we are prepared to escalate our complaint if necessary.
