🛑 A National Crisis Exposed: A Mother’s Fight for Her Family Amidst Systemic Failures
In a troubling new case that strikes at the core of Britain’s housing and justice systems, a mother of three children each with significant disabilities has been unlawfully evicted by Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) in what advocates describe as a clear case of institutional failure, disability discrimination, and racial injustice.
On 16 August 2024, the family was forcibly evicted from their Richmond Park home despite ongoing legal protections and extensive documentation proving disrepair, vulnerability, and disability-related needs. To date, no reparations have been made. Instead, the landlord responsible—Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP)—has faced no meaningful accountability. Most shockingly, RHP’s CEO, Ms. S.T., has since been promoted to a non-executive role at a for-profit housing entity, while families like this continue to suffer.

⚖️ A Judicial System Under Scrutiny: Ignored Evidence and Refused Hearings
Simultaneously, a formal judicial complaint has been filed with both the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) and the Judicial Appointments and Conduct Ombudsman (JACO) concerning Complaint Ref: 46662/25. The case accuses Judge J.G.H. of:
Disregarding a court-ordered relocation;
Refusing an oral hearing, despite critical medical and welfare concerns;
Dismissing a £35,000 disrepair report;
And ignoring established disability protections under the Equality Act 2010.
Rule 8(c) of the Judicial Conduct Rules 2023 was used to dismiss the original complaint—prompting outrage from human rights advocates.

“This is more than just one mother’s tragedy. It is a systemic failure, allowed to repeat itself because no one is watching—or worse, everyone is protecting each other.”

🚨 Data Breaches, Harassment, and Greenwashing: Smith & Byford’s Role Under Fire
Further compounding the injustice, Smith & Byford, RHP’s preferred contractor, continued to harass the mother and her children by contacting them without consent—even during open legal proceedings. This was done after a formal letter of intent to sue was issued and despite the family switching to a trusted, independent contractor.
