Public Statement 🗣
I’m passionate about this work because when organisations embrace neurodiversity instead of being tokenistic or stigmatising, everyone benefits from the unique perspectives, problem-solving approaches, and innovations that neurodivergent talent brings.

Key takeaways from our discussion included addressing sensory challenges in every neurodiverse person is different, workplace design, rethinking traditional interview processes, and fostering a culture where differences are not just accommodated but celebrated, leading to everyone, including organisational performance, benefiting.

Thank you to all who attended and shared their questions. The conversations we had today are just the beginning. I’m committed to continuing this important work toward building workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive authentically.
