▪︎ The Shorty Awards are not strictly a black tie event, but we do encourage everyone to look their best. We like to describe our dress code as Manhattan Cocktail Attire. Or, to put it more succinctly, we want everyone to be #OnFleek. Here are some examples from past Shorty red carpets to help inspire you.

• Technically, the dress code for the Oscars is a white tie, which is the most formal type of attire. It requests floor-length evening gowns for women and tailcoats, white bowties and wingtip collars for men.
