For context: The I. Family had to face unlawful without legal threshold of Ms.C who is a Mother of Two Daughters to be removed and taken in the Afternoon of Daylight in unjustified horrific circumstances on the 24th March 2023.
Since Ms. C has been without her two Daughters since 24th March 2023.
When we are in June 2024. Including an unrelegated not fit for purpose safeguarding threat local authority (LA) known by the name of Achieving for Children in the area of Richmond Park.
With the misconduct assistance of not fit for purpose Social Workers, and associated agencies. The welfare and safety of the Mother’s Two Daughters are paramount especially when it’s been noted by a members of public.
That the Two minor Daughters Child X-I & Child Z-X Hinds are currently with Strangers and are being tortured where their Human Rights & Article 12 of Children’s Voice Act is being neglected.
The Two Daughters safety and voice of Human Rights is too be put first. Which is being undermined with no respect.
The urgent legal measures are necessary are necessary. In line with British, National and International Legislations of Human Rights.
In reference too UN Human Rights Charter, European Human Rights Charter and Commonwealth Rights Charter know us Commonwealth Charter to be adhered too.
The Current Request: The I. Family request for the following step to be ensured for the safe return of Ms. C Two Daughters. With swift steps for Independent National Investigation with Financial Compensation.
