▪︎ The GDPR has a chapter on the rights of data subjects (individuals) which includes the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated.

▪︎ One of the key aims of the GDPR and the DPA is to empower individuals and give them control over their personal data. It preserves existing rights for individuals and adds additional rights such as the right to data portability and the right to be forgotten.

▪︎ The right of access;the right to rectification;the right to erasure or restrict processing; and. The right not to be subject to automated decision-making.

▪︎ Kill the Online Safety Bill and the Public Oder Bill. For Citizens Human Rights and GDPR.

▪︎ Personal data must be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA). The Human Rights Act (HRA) safeguards the right to respect for personal information. Lapses in data protection may contravene the HRA. #Commonwealth #CommonwealthDay
