Michelle Mone has finally admitted what we all knew. It’s all over the news: she lied to the media over her links to a PPE firm she recommended to the Government during the pandemic – a firm that produced medical gowns deemed “unfit for use.”

2} What about the families of the doctors and nurses forced to use DIY protective equipment because of national shortages through the pandemic?

Enough is enough, it’s time those in power put an end to this sordid affair. One Conservative Lord has spoken out this morning, saying that Mone – who is currently on a leave of absence – should not return to the House of Lords.
