BREAKING: UNLAWFUL KIDNAPPING OF TWO FEMALE MINORS UNDERSCORES NEGLECT OF EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS

London, 28/11/23 — ‘GCBR  and TCSL Campaign,’ is deeply alarmed to report a disturbing incident involving the unlawful kidnapping of two female minors from their family home on March 24th. These young girls are currently facing torture in a fabrication court order misconduct, which is unrelated to any family court matter but rather centers around the neglect of their right to quality education. The entire incident underscores a critical issue in the UK’s legislation regarding Personal Budgets.

The victims of this criminal matter, our the  siblings of Aquayemi-Claude, who are enduring torment under the watchful eyes of authorities which are a safeguarding threat, including the neglect of Sir Mark Rowley and Rishi Sunak, and their respective Cabinet members. Despite the severity of the situation, there has been a glaring failure to take appropriate action.

The heart of the matter lies in the negligence surrounding the delivery of quality education, a fundamental right that is currently being disregarded. The incident has highlighted a dire need for urgent attention to rectify the flaws in the current legislative framework concerning Personal Budgets.

Aquayemi-Claude  Akinsanya calls on the relevant authorities, including Sir Mark Rowley and Rishi Sunak, to immediately address this criminal matter and ensure the safe return of the kidnapped girls to their family. Additionally, we urge a comprehensive review of the legislation regarding Personal Budgets to prevent similar incidents in the future and to safeguard the rights of all individuals to a quality education.
