In 2023, LGBTQIA+ inclusion remains a vital focus in work and society. Despite progress, challenges persist.

Workplace discrimination affects 1 in 4 LGBTQIA+ employees. While 92% of Fortune 500 companies have nondiscrimination policies, fostering an inclusive culture remains elusive.

Only 29% of LGBTQIA+ individuals feel fully comfortable being themselves at work. Allies are crucial in promoting acceptance.

Organizations embracing diversity witness a 21% increase in profitability.
