I’m pleased that #BBCPanorama has highlighted, to spotlight a key element of the dark years of toxic culture in British Ballet. I personally believe as an ex mid professional ballet dancer. That the wrong individuals are in the Ballet world. Who may have a Business mindset for performance, than taking in mind the human element of respect and human wellbeing of a Ballet Dancers. I can also share there is racial undertones of racial social injustice in the world of Ballet, which ever changing topic for areas of improvement in being addressed. We have to be very clear that the #RoyalFamily would be displeased to hear of the treatment. Which has been executed to the Ballet Students over the years, by non safeguarding Ballet Teachers.

3. Diversity and Inclusion:
   – Promote diversity and inclusion within the ballet community. Create an environment where dancers of all backgrounds, genders, and abilities feel welcome and valued.
