Provision for disabled children is under attack. It’s not just new EHCPs that are being targeted for reduction. Existing EHCPs are also being aggressively ceased in extraordinary numbers, especially in the 16-18 age range.

This is appalling. The Government has quietly signed a contract targeting 20% cuts to the number of new education plans for children with special educational needs and disabilities (Send) to bring down costs #SEND_Action ~ Peter Stefanovic #PeterStefanovic @peter_stefanovic_lawyer
