Get Involved too: Have your say on changes to train station ticket offices.

The consultation on these proposals is run by Transport Focus and London TravelWatch. They want to know what people think about these changes and how it will impact on the way they travel. The consultation is not being held by Mencap.

People with a learning disability have told us they are worried these changes would make it harder for them to buy tickets and travel safely.

If you have a learning disability, or care for someone with a learning disability, we’d encourage you to respond to the consultation before it closes on Friday 1 September 2023.
