It’s time for action and hard consequences to be delivered and dished out to the individuals, who have been  unlawfully involved. In the Kidnapping of my siblings…

The element of Protected Characteristic,  does not have the best interests of Families of the Children’s,  Youth or Young individuals ‘person’s.’ Best interest or follow British legislation. The element of Protected Characteristic was made and is used in an unlawful misconducted way to protect the money of taxpayers to invest into the broken constitution bullying unlawful care system. Which unfortunately abuse the Children which in this case, where special Educational Needs Children are used as game pieces for Social services gravey train non solutions base game. Which local authorities are avoiding to invest into Quality Education for Special Educational Needs and British Education System.  Duty of Candor,  rule of law are broken on many occasions for cutting cost. To avoid delivery for Quality Education.

We have neglected broken System which is not fit for purpose.  Families, Mothers and signal partners are required to have their voices and Human Rights respected. While having the reform of not fit for purpose local authorities and soical services for example: Richmond Upon Thames. To be sent into administration, for immediate return back into central Government.

It’s been 137 nights on Friday 28th July 2023. Today it has become 100+ nights and days since my siblings have been unlawfully kidnapped from their home since the 24th March. In broad daylight, private data and information have been phone hacked and shared without the notices of information and non consent by Myself and the Mother of Two Daughters. The Mother Two Daughters who are currently in Safeguarding threat while being in the hands and unlawful care of strangers. When their is no active case.  Which this matter was unlawful misconducted and fabricated by #RichmondUponThames Council and the local authority, with the involvement of Department Work & Pensions and Private agencies. When this Local Authority have short fall and sabotaged their duties to deliver a personal budget, in result to adoived paying up what is owed.

Which has been requested by myself and the mother of the two siblings. With a required urgent investigation of this local authority, misconduct. Their powers are required to be returned back into central Government with immediate effect. This was always an, ‘Education Matter not a Care Gravy train matter,’ to avoid accountability of their duty for Quality Education for my Two siblings and Myself. When my two siblings are now at high risk in result of non action by my local mp,  ‘Sarah  Onley,’ government officials and individuals who were informed of my pressing concerns.

This matter has quickly become a criminal Safeguarding matter since 24th March 2023 of a Local authority who is a law onto themselves. Who do not deserve to See the Light of Day. The years of unnecessary harmful, damaged and hurt is irrepairable…
