From Idea Stage to Publication Stage

Congratulations on getting your onto the milestone achievement in the anniversary published day! Precious few have had the courage to write on the key importance of Systematic Racial Change while sharing personal  circumstances of experience as a Black  Young Male in 21st century Britain. You have written an excellent Biography Journal. That could raise lots of eyebrows. Of course much of your subject was your own hard-won experience in the matter. Nevertheless, you must have done a wheelbarrow-full of research. I admire you. I guess this means we will be seeing more of you in the print media and Author community from now on.
