“Transparency is the key divide of definition, between the Constitution, institution and the Establishment of British Monarchy..”

– Aquayemi-Claude

It reportedly stems from King George’s statement that he and the rest of the royals were “not a family, we’re a firm,” a concept first introduced in the mid-20th century.

The general advantages and potential benefits of a royal household monarchy:

1. Stability and Continuity: Monarchies provide a stable and long-lasting form of government. A monarch’s reign can last for decades or even centuries, providing consistency and continuity in government. This can promote economic growth, investment, and stability in the long-term.

2. National Identity: Monarchies often serve as a symbol of the national identity or cultural heritage of a country, providing a sense of pride and unity among citizens. They may also provide a sense of historical continuity and tradition that connects people to their past.

3. Ceremonial and Diplomatic Functions: Royal households can play an important role in ceremonial and diplomatic functions, representing a country at state events, receiving foreign dignitaries, and promoting goodwill and cultural exchange between different nations.

4. Tourism and Economic Benefits: Many tourists are attracted to countries with a monarch, which can help drive tourism and generate revenue for the economy. Furthermore, the image and prestige associated with a monarch can attract investment and business opportunities.

5. Constitutional Limitations: In many modern monarchies, such as the United Kingdom, the monarchy serves a largely ceremonial or symbolic role, with actual governing powers residing with an elected government. This can provide a system of checks and balances, as well as stability in transitions of power.

Ultimately, whether or not a monarchy is considered advantageous depends on one’s values, beliefs, and political preferences.
Disadvantages and non-benefits of slimming down the royal household monarchy and a presidential republic state.

1. Traditions and cultural heritage may be lost.

2. The monarchy may be seen as a symbolic institution and lose political power.

3. Tourism may be impacted as people may be less interested in visiting a country without a monarchy.

4. The royal family may lose a sense of purpose and focus.

There are a number key elements of disadvantages: Presidential and Republican state –

1. Inefficient decision-making: Due to the separation of powers, there can be disagreements and conflicts between the President, the Congress, and the judiciary, which can lead to delays in decision-making.

2. Political polarization: In a Presidential and Republican state, parties tend to be more polarized due to the winner-takes-all nature of elections. This can lead to political gridlock and lack of compromise.

3. Lack of accountability: The President may not be accountable to the people as the electoral process occurs indirectly through the Electoral College, which can override the popular vote. Similarly, members of Congress may focus on their own interests rather than those of their constituents.

4. Limited representation: In a Republican state, representation may be limited to the interests of the majority. This can lead to the marginalization of minority groups and result in policies that do not represent the needs or interests of all citizens.

5. Tyranny of the majority: In a Presidential and Republican state, the majority has the power to make decisions, which can lead to the oppression of minority groups. This can particularly be the case in areas such as religious or political beliefs, race, and sexual orientation.
