These Young Gifted and Black vulnerable children wish for an Education, which has not been delivered but has been sabotaged.

4) Public Inquiry to be executed with immediate effect of Richmond Upon Thames Council, “Achieving for Children.”
While also having local authorities powers return back to central Government.

5) Independent Anti Corruption and Money Laundering task force to be created.

By Doctor request, under the Mental Health Act. There is no more further lawful or unlawful assessment to be done from this day on..
