Also Today’s marks three years since I received  the Tribunal Hearing Decision of Successful  Outcome while local authority where barred from hearing from back in the year of 2020. Which was the very day that my Special Educational Needs Tribunal Hearing Decision arrived through the post after SEND Tribunal Hearing on the 26th February 2020. Which the Local Authority of Richmond Upon Thames Council, “Achieving for Children.” #richmonduponthames #AchievingForChildren Who Where barred from Tribunal Hearing as result of unlawful non compliance. In regards to the delivery of my Education. This local authority are Safeguarding threat to all SEND Students especially myself as result of their #moneylaundering and #corruption sabotaged behaviour to Quality of Education. #dutyofcandor

Which I’m now in 2023 await for accountability from Ombudsman as result of a Not fit for purpose Achieving For Children, who are required to be Independently Investigated with immediate #PublicInquire to be conducted. With acknowledgement to the Pre Action Letter and the number of letters which clearly highlight wrong unlawful doing by this very local authority. #LetsChangeTheNarrative #Equity
