#NoJusticeNoPeace In result it’s time for the Justice to deliver for people of UK. Which I strongly believe that the UK Government and Local authorities have been not fit for purpose for some time. Which brings me to purpose that everyone could support, TCSL Campaign. It’s been time for changing narrative and the Justice has been controlled and corrupt by local authorities #AblishLocalAuthorities #AblishUKGovernment for better world with Justice for all while following the golden thread and respecting duty of Candor. Which local authorities fail to understand and respect the importance of delivery and the guidelines of following the golden thread.. #EnoughIsEnough #LetsChangeTheNarrative  We are the voice for the future which is the Citizens of UK not the local authorities..!

My Question is the following:

Is it acceptable?

For imagination judges to be dealing with SEN Education Tribunal Hearings..

1) Is it acceptable?

For important paperwork and submission of vital evidence to be removed from day of hearing..

2) Is it acceptable?

For local authorities to remove children from their well cared family household just for local authorities to avoid delivering the education of SEND Student in result to cut corners and to cut cost for cheaper price tag.. #PeopleNotProfit

3) Is it acceptable?

For SEND Students to be deprived from years of education, which’s result into years of lost provision. In result of the colour of their own identity and soical  class. “I am black, I am proud and no one can take that away from me.” In result for local authorities. Who rather spend their lives in tribunal hearings in result of not following the UK law. Than simply deliver and follow the golden thread of the legal system.  Which was written by the government officials themselves with the invoment of, “local authorities who are not fit for purpose..

4) Is it acceptable?

For Ombudsman service to have all the evidence and a number of official letters in front of you , “Which makes and also demonstrates in clear black ink. The clarity that there’s been institutional faul play on several occasions within this individuals education. However the Ombudsman still continues to ignore to take the right action in delivery to put a valuable Student life at risk by silence of institutional neglecte, institutional racist behaviour in hands of UK Ombudsman.. Which was order by the High Court. When local authority of Richmond Upon Thames Achieving for Children who let me quote was barred from hearing. Continue to be, “not fit for purpose.” Which result into a call for a immediate call to action for immediate Independent investigation of this local authority and many other local authorities which are not fit for purpose..

The List Could Go On, but I’ve given you all an insight of a number of failings with the UK SEND  Students and Families educational experiences with the UK Justice System and the UK system on a whole within SEND Education system.. #ItsTimeForChange
