What we’re listening to…

On our journey to lifelong happiness, what we’re looking for could be right under our nose! Recently, we’ve been hooked onto The Happiness Lab by Dr Laurie Santos, a Yale professor studying the science of happiness. She found that many of us do the exact opposite of what will truly make our lives better. This podcast has changed the way we view happiness, helping us reduce some of the stress in our lives, and we hope it helps you too!
