“I am guessing the individuals who have been vaccinated. Will be first in line to be given a choice or have to be considered, without choice to have a chip in them?” Because as individual who equally loves and would of been first few of individuals who could of said that this innovation is a great idea. First & foremost my advice for UK would be to address their current affairs and their understanding of technology as the UK has experienced a number of power cuts.. Which brings to my questions if something happens, which is a disadvantage to individual, who would liable? Also would the individual be able to receive compensation and acknowledgement for the shortfalls of this innovation idea?
