Love this thanks for sharing { Shan Hanif } { Genflow }  it’s a shame that society does not understand. The importance of the creative, hard working and self made abilities #signatureuniqueness narrative, because I throught exams and education did not matter to much even as person.  Who has achieved, a lot in a short  space of time. Just not my dream  GCSE grades at this moment in time, because of unlawful discriminating challenges and obstacles. Which I have faced in society, throughout my life unfortunately.  I woke up and saw from mid age pathway of my later life, that it’s important to break down the doors of society and education system which short falls the number of individuals in society. #changingthenarrative is key for Inclusive and diverse society as I can say that unfortunately grades are important. It’s the way that exams and education system is layed out in an old system which is not Inclusive and diverse. However it is possible to change this as creatively minded individuals deserved to have.
