Today is #Worldtelevisionday an opportunity where we can enable a diverse, inclusive world to open the ability of every individual who feel that they are not represented. If we take the reflection in regards to the society which we live in. To enable representation for all, which is must importance to be open to all abilities, backgrounds, soical mobility, minds and opportunities. Racism and discrimination is a factor of society. We have to look out of our own perspective and bubble. Which would enable the level of understanding and empathy for one another. Because as an young black male who is holding society and media outlets accountable to #FightRacism & #FightInclusion

Because I can also personal share as a student, author, campaigner, ceo, entrepreneur, keynote public speaker, influencer and activist in reducing inequality + quality education who feel that we live in a white society, when the world must modify from the black & white society. When we have a none diverse and non-inclusive cabinet who are fixed thinking, and needs to enable open creatively minded mindset and in high earing perspective weather thats official or none official. We are in an multicultural society world, which is not enabling equal opportunities in a number of persons personal views, as it is that individual who may feel isolated and not accepted by society. This may result for individuals who feel their have to break the unrepresented mould which involves jealousy and outside opinions which can be negative and positive. Which also results to individuals who have to create the opportunities for themselve and others.
