Here’s some Highlights from this week’s @ukfutureleaders

The birdie told me that as leaders and changemakers we were referred as snowflakes. For the people, leaders in government and high earning professionals, are they qualifie, that is this the magic question? Who have small narrow minded illusions of opinions of life. They could be open to understand that snowflakes have many abilities of selfmade innovative life changing ideas. When our own childhood has been prioritised by others inadequacies of being open-minded. To be unable to deliver, understand and listen, when they can take action in the right way.

Because why must it be for us as young youth leaders, changemerks and youth delegates to enable the version and clarity of your dysfunctional old minded systems. Let me not forget the importance of our voice to be part of decision making.

1 in 4 of the Black Community face challenges and discriminated with their own mental health, when these services must be available for everyone. However their is no help or investment which is essential to be delivered and executed to all without any discrimination.

We must execute a range of methods of dealing with mental health than putting money into years of medication. When we all could look at alternative holistic methods of dealing with our own mental health like meditation being one example.

Because I personally believe we invest too much money into the pharmaceutical industry. When it comes to mental health, mental illness for example like epilepsy, crohn’s disease two examples of mental illness which are not highlighted with professional and in education as much as it could as we have been. Did you know 51.5 million people who may have a mental illness and it’s the same number of people who also may have mental health. These challenges fingers must be addressed immediately as the result we have people who take their lives each day.However these fingers are increasing as we are in a mental health and mental illness crisis.
