In my view there’s more pressing concerns which needs addressing then roll out on under 16s students.  This is a ridiculous read. When students are missing out on education, there is students who have to study in appalling conditions with overworked teachers who are underqualified and government who continues to shortfall the investment in education which is in the stages of already collapsing.

Evidence which can be found in this 2016 article. Which the circumstances still remains the same nothing has changed. It’s a different year and the some old short falls to UK Education System which is old and does not work and needs immediate abolishing.
