BBC are excited about their ground-breaking partnership with Netflix, announced last week, to develop and fund new, ambitious dramas featuring disabled creatives both in front of and behind the camera.

As Jack Thorne said in this year’s #MacTaggartLecture, “disabled people need eyes upon them. Need their stories being given value. TV has such value. By making visible what for too long has been invisible, change can and should happen.”
